C.R.I.S.P. will guide families to resources to enhance the well being of children and families in collaboration with our community partners.
Expected outcomes include greater family stability, children who are ready to learn, and empowered communities of responsible, productive citizens.
C.R.I.S.P. Provides
- KIDS focused community projects
- Family resource information and referrals
- Strengthening families related programs
C.R.I.S.P. families are interviewed one-on-one. A Client Coordinator works with them individually to find resources and programs in the community that can best help the family move forward and become self-sufficient. Families may be referred to programs and projects directly run by CRISP or that may be conducted by professional individuals from local socially related agencies or organizations and include workshops, support groups, food and energy assistance, crisis intervention and other activities. Such programs are targeted at children, youth, parents, or families in general. Most children and families are referred by the schools, but some from churches and other agencies.
